Can I mix and match Android, Windows and iOS?

Whilst you certainly can do that, we do advise to think before you go and buy a device in a hurry. Some hardware is easier to combine with others. JGID and dropbox work on any device.

A rule of thumb is:

  • Apple computer or laptop – works best with iphone and ipad
  • Windows PC works best with android phones and tablets
  • Office 365 works a treat with Windows surface tablets (careful no SIM cards, needs hot spot) and windows phone.

Bear in mind that android tablet devices do not operate like a mini computer but more like a large phone.

What hardware requirements do we need to meet?

JGID works best on computers, laptops and tablet or iPad devices. Whilst it works on smart phone devices the screen is a bit small to be comfortable to perform advanced task in JGID.

If using tablets or iPads we highly recommend to purchase devices with SIM cards!

Remember no internet – no JGID

What software requirements requirements do we need to meet?

JGID works best on Google Chrome on all devices. Mozilla Firefox works well on desktop devices. We do not recommend Safari for use with JGID as Safari has a tendency to deform the view

We highly recommend only using JGID on devices with current Antivirus software installed.

How much computer knowledge do I need to use JGID?

Very basic internet use, basic email use and basic file saving skills will suffice to use JGID successfully.

If after completion of implementation I am still not satisfied, will I get my money back?

Yes and more. We will refund you 110% of your initial implementation fee, provided you have not missed or rescheduled more than 1 training session, completed all “homework” and kept your phone off during training. (See 110% money back guarantee conditions).

What happens if I miss more than 1 training session?

You can chose to continue your course but without the 110% money back guarantee.

Will you set up my Dropbox account?

No. You will need to create your own dropbox account prior to commencing your JGID training. If you wish to be referred to a useful computer geek, contact us now and we will put you in touch with a friendly expert who can help.

Will you set up my Gmail or other email accounts?

Is this program an app?

No. JGID is currently only browser based. It works on any device, regardless of operating system, as long as it is connected to the internet and you use Google Chrome.

If I pay the additional $199.00+GST per month for an additional company profile, does that company have a separate login and database?

No. You will be sharing the same login and database but enjoy the freedom to change logo, header, footer and terms of trade at any stage of your workflow, at the click of a button. This can save you lots of time if you want to use multiple “Trading As” names.

Do I have to pay a license fee for each additional user?

No. We have 3 pricing plans to cater for different company sizes. If you employ more than 25 persons we will provide you with a custom quote.

If I am not in an already customised industry, will my pricing be affected?

Training and customisation is quoted for each company individually. Monthly membership fees don’t change. Visit our pricing page for more info.
